4G LTE comes to the UK

Well it’s coming to Cornwall. For 2 months. To specialist subscribers. But it’s a start

4G speeds will be coming to Cornwall this September for a two-month trial provided by Everything Everywhere and BT. Thinking of moving to Cornwall to give it a go? You’ll need to be in the specific area of St Newlyn East in south Newquay and be chosen to be one of the 200 users involved. But with 40Mbps speeds, which will translate to about 10Mbps actual connection, it might be worth the move. The government set a 4G nationwide target of 2015 – could it actually happen on time?
