Acer Iconia Tab A110 hits Europe soon

This Autumn you can get your mitts on the 7in Tegra 3 tablet for £180 – but is it better than the Nexus 7?

Acer has teased that Europe will be able to get hold of the Tegra 3 powered Acer Iconia Tab A110 this autumn. But at £180, over the Nexus 7’s £160 – will it sell?

The Tab, although landing later than its planned summer release, will reportedly arrive packing the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. The Iconia Tab A110 will also feature 8GB storage, a 2MP front-facing camera, but a resolution of only 1024 x 600 – not as high as that of the Nexus 7.

But with a slim shell and a great build quality the Acer Iconia Tab A110 should prove competition for Google’s Nexus 7 when it lands in the next month or two.
