Gadget of the Day – Gear4 CRG-60 iPod alarm clock

If you're rubbish at waking up in the morning, or can't stand the raw sound of your current alarm clock, Gear4 has launched its newest iPod alarm cloc

If you’re rubbish at waking up in the morning, or can’t stand the raw sound of your current alarm clock, Gear4 has launched its newest iPod alarm clock radio to help ease you into mornings a little kinder.

The CRG-60 features two separate alarms that can be programmed to blast out either your favourite tunes from your iPod, radio station of choice, or a buzzer, for the mornings when you really need a jolt to get you started.

Of course, there is that all-important snooze button, as well as a sleep button too, for when you decide it’s far too cosy to move from your bed before lunchtime.

The alarm clock works just like a dock as well, meaning you can bang out some tunes before bedtime while charging your iPod at the same time.

When it comes to getting some shut eye – dim the display, or turn it off completely to make sure there is nothing to disturb your slumber.

The CRG-60 will be available next month for £34.99.
