Tired of busting out golf ball shaped tellies, Hannspree has turned its novelty screen attentions to the PC monitor to create the surprisingly affordable XM range.First off the production line is this 19in widescreen creation, the ‘New York’. Sporting a mechanical and industrial theme, it waves a single-digit Manhattan salute to the black and silver brigade with cold hard steel and exposed rivets (what else?).The 1440×980 resolution screen boasts a speedy 5ms response time and, not surprisingly, weighs a hefty 5.5kg.Continuing the industrial theme, its tilt and swivel mount is borrowed from a camera light stand. Of course, it can also be wall-mounted in your exposed brick loft apartment.
