iPhone Shutter Grip scares off your compact camera
Hear that? That's the sound of your point-and-shoot snapper cowering in the corner
The iPhone 4S already sports an 8MP camera that gives most point-and-shoot snappers a run for their money – now Photojojo’s iPhone shutter grip looks set to give your dedicated camera another dose of low self-esteem.
Compatible with the iPhone 4S, 4 and 3GS, the iPhone Shutter Grip is adjustable to fit over most cases and features dedicated photo and video buttons resulting in a sturdier grip and more of an SLR-like feel when taking photos.
The iPhone Shutter Grip should also ensure less shaky snaps as you don’t have to tap an on-screen shutter button. You can even capture stills of your video mid-shoot, just like the HTC One X (reviewed here).
You’ll need Belkin’s free LiveAction camera app from the App Store for the iPhone Shutter Grip to work. The iPhone Shutter Grip itself is available from Photojojo right now, for US$40. Happy snapping.
