Kickstarter comes to the UK on October 31st

Budding British inventors rejoice, Kickstarter crowd funding has hit the UK – start your project today

Kickstarter, the genius crowd-funding website that helped create the Pebble smart watch, OUYA console, and Oculus rift VR headset, is coming to the UK on October 31st.

The site itself is accepting projects from today meaning you can get a head start now. Then on the 31st everyone in the UK will be able to start showering you with money immediately.

Other changes include simpler shipping instructions and the ability to limit rewards to domestic backers only. So if you’ve got a burning invention idea get over to Kickstarter now.
