Offical Google Nexus 7 accessories appear online

If your newly delivered Google Nexus 7 is looking a little forlorn next to your Smart Cover-clad iPad, you’ll be glad to hear that two new official accessories have been leaked online to join the ranks of the existing Travel Cover.
First up is the US$40 Premium Cover, available in four colours. It’ll lovingly cradle the entirety of your Nexus 7 in a glass fibre bumper, rubber and a soft microfibre-lined leather screen protector.
Dock aficionados will be pleased to see that the Google Nexus 7’s side pogo connectivity pins will not be going to waste, thanks to the upcoming US$50 Nexus Dock which holds the Google Nexus 7 at a movie/browsing friendly angle. It also packs in a 3.5mm headphone jack for speaker output, though it’s sadly lacking in HDMI support.
The Premium Cover and Nexus Dock will be available on the 31st and 24th of August respectively, according to the leaked slides obtained by Nordic Hardware. Stay tuned for UK release and pricing information as and when we get it.
