So, it’s official: war is declared. Following on from last week’s showbiz 360 launch, Sony’s taken the wraps off its outrageously powerful PlayStation 3. Going on sale next Spring – the same time as Halo 3 if Bill Gates is to be believed – the PS3 matches and surpasses the Xbox 360 for hardware.
