Once upon a time fridges were happy storing food and cooling our beers. Now, if they’re not accessing the Internet to reorder your groceries, they’re screening the match in full hi-def glory and serving you a cocktail at the same time. Latest in this refrigeration evolution is this dandy little magnet from Ricavision, codename MK 140. Packed with the same Windows SideShow goodness that powers the LG Z1’s exterior LCD, it’ll hook up to Vista via Wi-Fi to check your emails or store any scribbles you make on the 3.5in touchscreen. The only problem with Sideshow post-it notes is that they can run out of power – the MK 140 will last for sixteen hours on a single charge. Still, there’s the small consolation of being able to surf the web for recipes and enjoying Stuff.tv with your cornflakes.  Sadly its only a concept at the mo. Guess we’ll either have to buy an HP Touchsmart or make do with the yellow sticky variety a while longer.
