Screen aficionados rejoice, for the day of the 5.5in superphone has arrived. Will you be getting one?

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is officially out in the UK today, eagerly awaiting large-handed gadgeteers with its 5.5in screen and new and improved S-Pen.

Featuring an 8MP camera, 2GB RAM and a Galaxy S3-beating 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor, the Note 2 offers plenty of power to go along with its eye watering display.

Phones 4u is offering the Galaxy Note 2 for free from £41 a month or you can nab the handset for £150 if you want to pay a tenner a month less.
