Samsung Galaxy Tab UK price spotted

An online retailer has published a UK price for the Samsung Galaxy Tab, we'll order ours with a pinch of salt

Online retailer Clove is the first to price up the Samsung Galaxy Tab on its site, ready for order.

Clove is listing the Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000 at £617, a price that it says on site is “confirmed”. That’s for the smaller 16GB version. If this pricing is to be believed, that puts it almost £100 more than the equivalent 16GB WiFi + 3G iPad at £529.

We’ll keep our eyes peeled for any more pricing updates, but we’re hoping that when contract deals are announced by the likes of T-Mobile and Vodafone, they’re not going to leave a tablet-sized hole in our pocket.
