Office Cat sniffs out Wii U news, Google Glass updates and GTA V screenshots in today's round-up

No EA next-gen titles for Wii U

Bad news for Nintendo Wii U owners — it looks like you won’t be playing Battlefield 4 any time soon. EA has announced that the Frostbite 3 engine which underpins next-gen games like Battlefield 3 and its Star Wars titles won’t be supported by the Wii U. It’s a significant blow for Nintendo as the console wars heat up with the impending arrival of the next Xbox and PlayStation 4.

New GTA V screens released
Another batch of Grand Theft Auto V screenshots have slipped out of Rockstar Games’ headquarters, showing off heist action, high-speed chases and some rather glorious sunsets. Check them out here.
Adobe is moving its Creative Suite software – including Photoshop – to a cloud-based subscription model. The next update for CS6 applications will only be available to Creative Cloud subscribers – which costs a hefty £38 a month. Discounts are available for customers running CS3 onwards – though Office Cat suspects it’ll be a bitter pill to swallow for many Creative Suite users.
