Fully Charged: HTC releases fully gold One M9, and Fallout Shelter for Android dated
Here's the tech news you need to get Friday morning rolling
HTC releases gold One M9
HTC’s dual-tone gold and silver One M9 handset has been featured prominently since the phone was revealed this spring, but if half-gold won’t cut it, you’re in luck: the company has just launched a gold-on-gold version exclusively through EE.
Beyond the colour change, it’s no different than the M9 you’ll find elsewhere – which still sits in the #4 slot on our list of the top smartphones in the world right now. There is one difference, however: HTC launched this one with the help of Kelly Brook, who was doused in Photoshopped faux gold paint to pay tribute to Marilyn Monroe’s iconic shot in The Seven Year Itch.

Fallout Shelter hits Android next month
Seeing Fallout 4 fully revealed at E3 last month was pretty great, but somehow, this holiday season’s open-world opus was somewhat dwarfed by the immediate availability of Fallout Shelter – a free-to-play mobile spinoff.
Well, immediate availability for iPhone and iPad. An Android version was nowhere in sight, but according to a fan response tweeted by Bethesda’s Pete Hines, vice president of marketing, it’s "coming along nice" and "should be out next month." Shelter topped the App Store charts during its first week of release, so chances are many Android gamers are eager to help it do the same on the Play Store.

GarageBand updated for Apple Music

Connect is designed to let musicians interact with fans, so the update makes it easy to cut a quick demo and drop it to the world.

Formula E full lineup in Forza 6
Last year, Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios released the Spark Renault SRT-01E electric racing car for Forza Motorsport 5 before the Formula E season got started, and now this fall’s Forza Motorsport 6 for Xbox One will have the entire lineup from the 2014-15 season.
Granted, every team used the same exact car this season – but at least you’ll get all the different liveries. And when the next season allows teams to use different cars, here’s hoping those are added down the line. Forza 6 promises more than 450 cars when it hits stores, which happens on 15 September.
