Pro-Ject’s Juke Box E is an all-in-one record player that will appeal to every generation of music lovers
Spinning and winning
Pro-Ject’s latest turntable was actually announced way back in the first half of 2016, when a decent chunk of the population still thought Brexit was a new cereal brand. Simpler times. Anyway, fast forward to now and the Juke Box E (£369) is just days from launching, and what a treat it is for multimedia audiophiles. It’ll obviously do a fine job of spinning your vinyl, with pre-adjusted settings, anti-skating and an Ortofon OM5E cartridge. But the feature set doesn’t end there. As well as a line input for connecting other sources, the Juke Box E has a built-in Bluetooth receiver for CD-quality streaming. There’s even a 50W amplifier, so all you need to do is add a pair of stereo speakers for a truly does-it-all Hi-Fi solution.
