BlackBerry Q10 with physical QWERTY keyboard – specs revealed

The Z10's QWERTY-toting brother has also been outed with real keys for the BlackBerry faithful

RIM (or should we say BlackBerry now) also revealed the BlackBerry Q10 alongside its full touchscreen brother, the BlackBerry Z10 (reviewed here)

With a physical QWERTY keyboard to cater for the old school BlackBerry fans, the Q10 also sports a 2.1in 710×710 display. It shares the same 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage and 8MP camera as its Z10 sibling.

The Q10 sports a special glass fibre back, which BlackBerry tells us is thinner, stronger and lighter than plastic. Also expect all the traditional Bold features you know and love. The BlackBerry Q10 with the new BlackBerry 10 OS could be the ideal choice for a modern twist on the classic BlackBerry formula.

There’s no release date or pricing for the Q10 at the moment, but we’ll update you with more info as and when we get it.
