Fujitsu unveils world’s thinnest Ultrabook

The Japanese tech giant has joined the Ivy Bridge league with a super-slim notebook of its own

Fujitsu’s recently revealed range of new notebooks includes the Lifebook UH75H, which the Japanese tech company claims is the world’s thinnest Ultrabook. Measuring in at a mere 15.6mm at its thickest point and tipping the scales at 1.34kg, it’s safe to say that it won’t be causing many cases of laptop-lugging shoulder-ache.

The 14in display is surrounded by a super-slim bezel, complementing the simple red and black paint job, and a 13in UH55H version is also available for those looking for a portable workhorse with an even smaller footprint.

There’s no word on pricing or availability yet, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as and when we can. In the meantime, check out our Ultrabook need to know guide for the full lowdown on the legion of MacBook Air rivals, as well as having a look at Sony’s first Ultrabook which was shown off last week.
