Laptop TV tuners have reached tiny proportions and equally tiny prices. Now Pinnacle reckons it has the perfect solution for any type of telly watcher.It’s served up three types of its PCTV DVB-T Sticks, each containing a digital tuner and an aerial socket for receiving a spot of Heroes on the fly.First up there’s the cheapest of the bunch, Solo, which likes to ‘stick’ to standard Freeview, radio and internet radio duties with a few pause, rewind and record to DVD functions thrown in. The standard Stick gets a remote control for added argument possibilities and will also record its fare to DivX.But for the ultimate in laptop viewing it has to be the, er, Ultimate, which also comes with Pinnacle’s DistanTV (see what they did there?) for streaming live TV to up to three other PCs on a home network – each with their own timeshifting, live pause abilities.So now there’s no need for everyone to stare at a paused screen when one lone viewer goes off for a leak.
