Mention T. Rex to any whippersnappers and you’ll be met with Jurassic Park nostalgia, but Marc Bolan et al were rocking out in style long before Spielberg’s digital monster-lizards made an appearance. In honour of Mr Bolan’s legacy, Gibson has recreated the front man’s stunning Les Paul, right down to stripped Chablis finish and zebra neck humbucker.

This musical work of art was announced months ago but is only just now available to order – and with only 450 produced you should slap down the £3500 before it’s too late. Check out nevadamusic to get your hands on T. Rex’s legendary meaty tone.
