PS2 SingStar fans will be pleased to learn that they may soon be able to get their console karaoke fix from Nintendo as well as Sony.A new Wii mic accessory is rumoured to be in production for a handful of new titles, starting with the soon-to-be-released game of the saccharin-coated Disney flick, High School Musical. According to one US gaming site we’ll all be singing into our Wiimotes from August. Unfortunately for the musically inclined, there’s no official word on a UK or US release, so don’t go busting out the song sheets just yet.Apparently the house of Mickey isn’t the only one beavering away on oral gaming challenges, though. EA is also said to be developing a Harry Potter title to test our spell chanting and wand waving wizardry skills. Fabuloso.We’re all for a spot of Harry Potter spell casting, but High School Musical? All we ask is that it’s a first person shooter.
