Toshiba Qosmio F750 is the world’s first glasses-free laptop

It's witchcraft! Or maybe engineering. But we like the look of Tosh's latest laptops in all its three dimensions

The LG Optimus 3D went on sale today as the world’s first glasses-free 3D mobile. Now Toshiba has announced another world first in the form of the Qosmio F750 3D glasses-free laptop. Even as a normal Core i7-toting lappie, you’d notice its imposing 15.6in screen and 2.8kg bulk. The Tosh flagship is not without power – it packs a hefty 6GB RAM and a Blu-ray XL drive that let’s you write up to 100GB on a single disc. Now to the important part – 3D – coming in the form of 2D to 3D upscaling on DVDs as well as full 3D video playback. It works using a camera that tracks your face to deliver images at the best angle with clearest depth. Initial murmours don’t sound too promising on how good it actually looks but stay tuned for our full review soon.
