We were quite taken with the Bowers & Wilkins’ Zeppelin but let’s be honest it was a little…big. So hurrah then for the Zeppelin Mini, its new smaller companion.

The Zeppelin Mini has an updated docking arm which rotates 90 degrees to allow you to browse your tunes using Cover Flow. Its also got a dedicated USB socket to let you stream music directly from your PC or Mac and sync your iPod or iPhone.

The Zeppelin Mini is out now and will set you back around £300. Despite its diminutive size, Bowers & Wilkins’ promises that the Zeppelin Mini will still bump out a serious amount of volume.

We’ll grab one imminently to tell you whether those claims fly or crash like a hydrogen filled sound bomb.
