After a plethora of Au dipped gadgets we couldn’t possibly hope to afford – here’s one our Young Saver’s account might actually stretch to.Sadly the Limited Edition 7500i from budget cam maker Vivitar it isn’t actually coated in real gold but it does give you the Mydas look for less.Beneath the golden coat lies a respectable 7MP cam with standard 3x optical zoom and a room 3in LCD round the rear. It’ll even pull 9MP if pushed but since that’s achieved by dodgy interpolation, we’ll just ignore that little stat. But that’s not all, no sir, because the 7500i just also happens to be a handy PMP for a spot of MP3 listening or MPG-4/AVI movie watching. How’s that for multitasking?EssentialsVivitar 7500i Limited EditionPrice: £180On sale: NowContact: VivitarRelated stories:The Sirocco with the golden touchThe world’s most expensive MP3 playerPentax’s g-old school SLR
