The Eee PC 1201N will be the first Asus laptop with ION graphics chip, which will mean it’ll be able to handle HD video with ease.

Other specs include a dual core Intel Atom processor, 12.1-inch screen, 250GB hard drive and 2GB RAM, not to mention Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity.

You’ll also get an HDMI port for whacking your high def movies on to your HDTV, up to 5 hours of battery life and a colour choice of black or silver.

Due out in January, the mini powerhouse will be set you back a rather reasonable £399.99, making it an affordable choice for those who need portability and multimedia in one.
