Casio Exilim EX-ZS100 wants to be seen and not heard
Shhh... Casio's new compact doesn't want anyone to know it's there
The next time you’re ambling through a museum, aquarium or church and you spot a photogenic man picking his nose like an ape, you’ll want the ‘silent’ Casio Exilim EX-ZS100 by your side to capture the moment without alerting your snot-scavenging subject. Admittedly, it’ll also help keep disruption to a minimum if you’re taking pictures of art in a quiet exhibition space.
Whether furtively snapping nostril foraging or shooting Haystacks, Casio’s new Exilim series compact can automatically suppresses the flash and any other operational noises. The 14MP EX-ZS100 also has a 12.5x optical zoom lens and can record up to 29 minutes of HD video. Expect Flickr to fill up with snotty fingered subjects from August, when a mere £150 will net you this stealthy compact.
