Champagne was poured, glasses were raised and the winners of all 20 categories in the prestigious 2011 Stuff Gadget Awards emerged from the depths of the Globe Theatre last night, proudly bearing their accolades amongst the gadget world elite.

Notable winners were the Asus Eee Pad Transformer, which walked away with the coveted gadget of the year and design of the year awards, while Samsung’s Galaxy S II dethroned Apple’s iPhone 4 to don the phone of the year crown.
