Leaked Apple iPhone 6C video shows off a smaller 4in screen
The Cupertino tech giant might cater to small hands after all
Apple could very well reveal a smaller 4in iPhone alongside the iPhone 7.
The existence of the mysterious iPhone 6C, as it’s been called, has been rumoured for quite some time now, and it’s just cropped up again in a leaked online video, showing off its smaller 4in display.
The video itself was apparently shot from inside Apple’s Foxconn factory in China, and if genuine, is about as legitimate a source as you can get.
It’s immediately obvious that the handset itself looks pretty much identical to the iPhone 6s which we’re all familiar with, although previous rumours do point to tamer innards, consisting of an A8 processor, 1GB of RAM, and an 8MP camera.
We’d prefer it if Apple took the Sony route of cramming full-fat specs into its smaller handset, but seeing as nothing is officially confirmed, we’ll have to hold back our final judgement till launch day – which could be as far away as September, if we assume that all the new iPhones will be revealed at once.
