LG outs quad-core Snapdragon S4 handset

Teaser video shows off specs for new Qualcomm-powered smartphone

LG may have wanted to keep its quad-core smartphone secret leading up to IFA, but Qualcomm spilled the beans by releasing an official document. So now LG has released a teaser video with the phone to show off the experience.

So what can we expect from the LG Optimus 4X as it’ll likely be called? Obviously there’s that Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core chip, but also apparently a 720p 4.7in IPS screen, huge 13MP camera, and super speedy 2GB RAM. A real jump in smartphone specs if this is all true. Check back next week to see if we have an IFA announcement for you. Until then enjoy the teaser video below.
