Microsoft Surface price leaked: from £650

A Swedish retailer has posted prices for Microsoft's Windows 8 tablet online – and they're a bit steep

The Microsoft Surface tablet has leaked online with a price of £650 for the 32GB Windows RT model – a chunk of change more than the £600 64GB Asus Transformer Pad Infinity and considerably more than the £480 32GB Apple iPad.

Swedish online retailer webhallen.com listed Microsoft’s Windows 8 tablet on its site, with the top end version (128GB) selling for a whopping £1390. And that doesn’t even appear to include a keyboard. But before you start waxing lyrical about Microsoft’s tight-fisted approach to hardware, bear in mind that these are leaked prices and may not be final.
