Yamaha has announced that its wireless Relit speaker is now available for gadgeteers looking for an audio solution that’s a little… different.

The 1.1m metal tower promises clear CD-quality music streaming thanks to aptX Bluetooth support, and there’s also an AUX-in for a more traditional cable setup.

Available in a black or brown leather finish, the Relit also contains an internal light source which pumps out an ‘aura of light’ that reacts to the music that’s currently playing.

An accompanying app also offers timer, sleep and playback controls if you don’t fancy using the included remote, and six-step adjustable LEDs will let you crank up the brightness depending on your mood.
