Leaked press shot shows HTC One Mini 2 in all its dinky glory
Three metal finishes – but no Duo camera for the One (M8)’s little brother

The HTC One Mini 2 is real and, well, looking a lot like a miniature version of the HTC One (M8).
@evleaks, the ever-reliable smartphone leaks Twitter account, posted what appears to be an official press shot of the One Mini 2 yesterday morning. The phone comes in the same three metal finishes as the One (M8) – Metal Grey, Arctic Silver and Amber Gold – and shares a similar shape to its big brother, but will obviously be smaller, lighter and likely a little less powerful.

No Duo camera?
Exactly what its specs will be remains a mystery for now, with @evleaks tweeting only the image and the phone’s name. But we’d expect a 4.5in screen (probably 720p in resolution), and from the looks of the image the One (M8’s) second rear camera lens – the one that measures depth and allows post-shooting focus change – is not coming to the Mini 2.
We’ll update you with more HTC One Mini 2 news as we get it.
