Amazon’s cloud player arrives on the iPad with unlimited track storage

The online retail giant turns up the heat in the cloud music wars

Amazon has announced its cloud music player will now not only work via the iPad’s safari browser, but it will also offer unlimited storage for all of your tracks for the staggering price of only US$20 a year – the same price that previously only nabbed you 20GB of space.

This move is sure to get Google and Apple sweating under their collective collars but be warned, this offer is for a limited time only, so head on over to Amazon and sink your claws in to it before it scampers away, never to be seen again.
