iPhone 5 September release date all but confirmed by Apple

The next iBlower is now totally definitely, utterly (probably) dropping in a couple of months

Apple’s CFO Peter Oppenheimer has stated that they will have a “future product transition” that will “impact” their September quarter. This is management speak for, “We’re releasing the next iPhone then.” Of course, such ambiguous words should be taken with at least a few grains of salt, but it’s likely that this statement is as close as we’re going to get to a true announcement until Mr Jobs steps out on stage and whips out the much-rumoured device himself. Expect a fresh onslaught of rumour-mill frenzy in the next coming weeks as iFever reaches an all-time high.
